A little bit about me...

Since 2002, Sherry has proudly held the title of a licensed REALTOR®, a journey that led her to Prince and Associates in 2006, initially as a corporate controller and part-time REALTOR®. The turning point arrived in March 2018 when Sherry embraced her role as the President and Owner of Prince and Associates. Her educational journey is equally impressive, encompassing a diverse range of post-secondary achievements, including a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a distinguished MBA.

 

As the visionary owner, Sherry strategically employs her corporate expertise and educational foundation to orchestrate the daily intricacies of Prince and Associates. In her capacity as a dedicated REALTOR®, she adeptly navigates both sides of the market, catering to the needs of both buyers and sellers.

At present, Sherry proudly holds the role of President of the Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, embodying a tireless dedication to her community. She also aligns herself with the Imperial Breakfast Rotary and serves on the board of MANA de Imperial Valley. Her commitment extends to her role as Treasurer for an HOA Community in Palm Desert, CA.

Guided by an unwavering passion for her community, Sherry stands as a fervent advocate for organizations like the Imperial Valley Food Bank and the Humane Society of Imperial County.

 

Amid her bustling schedule, whether alongside her husband and Broker of Prince and Associates, Matthew Cowie, or during moments of respite, Sherry's pursuits are varied – from invigorating workouts and yoga instruction to indulging her automotive interests and savoring quality time with her cherished trio of furry companions
